Sonal Jhaveri

Sonal Jhaveri, a founder an instructor of Khushi Dance Academy is a talented and established Bharatanatyam artist conducting dance classes in Jersey City, NJ to bring awareness to Indian culture in kids. Sonal has completed her Bharatanatyam Senior degree from Karnataka, India under the guidance of Padmashree Vasundara Doraswamy and has also had basic vocal trainning in Hindustani and Carnatic music.

Through years of experience in dancing and teaching, Sonal has been able to guide and motivate her students in an effective and comprehensive manner in various forms of dances such as Classical, Folk and Bollywood.
